Carson is the only Realtor® in Chatham-Kent with the Royal Lepage Commercial designation, he has a proven record operating large industrial and commercial properties locally over the past 20 years with extensive experience in commercial/retail leasing, renovations and development. Carson worked as a Vice President for the largest production home builder in the community - Maple City Homes - launching the largest development of single family homes in two decades -"The Meadows" a project he proudly named. He currently represents the largest private residential apartment tower developer in the region with a successful recent lease-up of a 52 unit luxury living building and over 200 new units under construction and development in Chatham, Tilbury and Blenheim. His daily involvement with developers and the challenges faced in that sector provide his residential clients with a level of knowledge and experience not found in the average residential Realtor®.Carson volunteers as a board member for the Children's Treatment Centre Chatham-Kent Foundation. A proud supporter of local sports, Carson supports individual athletes and teams including: UCC Lancers high school Basketball program, Jaxen Baker - Team Ontario Basketball U15 2023 National Champion, Chatham-Kent Cobras U13, U16 Hockey teams. Carson has been designated as a Royal Lepage Shelter Foundation top 1% donor for all of Canada in 2019 and 2020, with funds directly supporting the Chatham-Kent Women's Centre.
In 2023 Carson was named as being in the top 2% of all Royal LePage agents in Ontario and operates an Executive Circle team called the Realty Energy Group.
